
Job Title: Skills Development Facilitator
Location: Centurion
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Skills Development Facilitator to join our training team at TSU Training Solutions. You’ll facilitate learnerships, develop training materials, and manage assessments.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Registered with SASSETA, PFTC Assessor, and Moderator
- PSIRA Certification Grade A
- 5+ years in the Private Security Industry
- 5+ years of training and facilitation experience
- SME on skills modules 1, 2, and 3
- Code BE driver’s license
- Computer literacy and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of SETA requirements and unit standards
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate learnerships and training programs
- Develop training materials and assessment tools
- Manage assessments and PoE documents
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide support to learners with disabilities
- Submit training reports and assessment results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SETA requirements
Skills:

- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Customer liaison and reporting skills
Remuneration:
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
