Job Title: Skills Development Facilitator
Location: Centurion
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Skills Development Facilitator to join our training team at TSU Training Solutions. You’ll facilitate learnerships, develop training materials, and manage assessments.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Registered with SASSETA, PFTC Assessor, and Moderator
  • PSIRA Certification Grade A
  • 5+ years in the Private Security Industry
  • 5+ years of training and facilitation experience
  • SME on skills modules 1, 2, and 3
  • Code BE driver’s license
  • Computer literacy and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of SETA requirements and unit standards

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learnerships and training programs
  • Develop training materials and assessment tools
  • Manage assessments and PoE documents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide support to learners with disabilities
  • Submit training reports and assessment results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SETA requirements

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and decision-making skills
  • Conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Customer liaison and reporting skills

Remuneration:
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
