
Human Resources Administrator Opportunity at Midlands Specialist Private Hospital
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Midlands Specialist Private Hospital. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital’s human resources functions.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Administration
- Proven experience in Training and Development administration
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of equity reporting and committee meetings
- Experience with Biometric Management systems
- On-boarding and off-boarding expertise
- Previous experience in a private hospital environment is desirable
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS-Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Deadline-driven with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update digital and manual filing systems
- Compile HR statistics and reports as required
- Assist with ATR, WSP, and EE submissions
- Perform other HR operational duties
- Ensure POPI compliance
